Flying to Miami?
Here’s some great info from METROATLANTIC.ORG:
“On 28 July 2012, Miami-Dade Transit inaugurated the new Orange Line…sometime in late 2013, they will open the new “Miami Central Station” and that will bring Amtrak and Tri-Rail commuter rail service straight to the airport (MIA)…
The new MIA Metrorail station is part of the larger Miami Central Station project which has been ongoing for years now.
The Florida Department of Transportation hopes to complete work on the entire project by the end of this year, which will (finally) bring all modes of transit under one roof. The new Central Station will have Amtrak, Tri-Rail, Metrorail, Metrobus, Greyhound and rental car access connected directly to Miami International Airport’s terminals.”

I know. It’s so fun there, too. We love camping out on Ocean Drive…Makes me want to go back!

I’ve been known to do anything, and everything; humanly possible to avoid MIA. Here’s hoping these new changes will help with some of the problems there.
